[cisco-voip] Agents not in right team

I have teams setup in IPCCx 4.x and have changed the team but they are still
showing up in the default.  I have set the correct team in both the team and
the resource.  but I go to the desktop admin and they are still in the wrong
team.  is a reboot the only fix to this?
