Not at all.  The MOH server in CM is part of the Cisco IP Voice Media  
Streaming App service.  Resetting the MOH server from the CCMAdmin  
simply drops the registration of the MOH server and forces it to re- 
register.
Aside from rebooting the server the lowest level reset you can do for  
an MOH server is bouncing the IPVMSA service.
