[cisco-voip] Weird MWI issues on Call Manager 5.1.1

Anyone know of any MWI issues in Call Manager 5.1.1-3000.5 with Unity
Connections 1.2.1?
MWI works fine for most part, but using Extension Mobility and Time Of
Day partitions on quite a few extensions. Unity MWI dialout has been
restricted to 3 VM ports and the Search space on those ports set to go
to the physical phones and EM partitions.
One weird issue being experienced is a user with a 7985 phone has
their light on every morning when they come in but there are no new
messages. I resynced MWI in Unity manually twice last night and the
light did not come on. This morning at 6:30am the light was not on the
phone, but at 7am the phones lamp was on and no new messages. MWI
Resync is set for 3am in Unity.
Another issue is that sometimes people will have a lamp on their phone
and they would have no new messages. Then at times if someone had a
new message, when they check it their light would not go off. When you
leave them a new message and delete it the light goes off fine.
They only have 200 or so Unity mailboxes, and 24 VM ports and I've
restricted the MWI dialout ports to 2 ports, 3 ports, and 4 ports with
no difference. I don't think it is an issue on the Unity side or it
not being able to make the MWI dial outs.
Does anyone know if a lamp on a phone goes off when someone logs out with EM?
