[cisco-voip] BAT fails with lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException and duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.

TAC confirmed the bug I hit was "Bat error messages provide no
meaningful information", will be resolved next release they said. I'm
not using dirsync.

 

1.       My user pin wasn't enough characters, 4 versus 5.

2.       My .csv files using the CCMAdmin help had header "Directory
Number" versus the bat.xlt has "Directory Number 1"; use the bat.xlt
headers.

3.       The help has documentation errors versus the bat.xlt

 

 

Overall BAT in 5.1 is much better! So I really can't gripe.

I think I remember this happening when I tried to bat phones and users
on a cluster that was configured with dirsync.  I don't think youcan do
phone/users in this situation / you may have to do phones and associate
users.  Could be wrong on this tho...
