[cisco-voip] 7914 line state and CM v4 (was 7931)

Thanks Lelio. Cisco states Cisco CallManager Version 3.1(2c) or later
is required, but doesn't specify whether line state will work.
>From what a coworker got from Cisco and talking to some other list
members, it appears under CM4 you can configure the button as either
speed dial or shared line, but not busy lamp field (BLF) with SD under
CM4.
If there is a way to do BLF under CM4, I'd love to know, otherwise our
users will have to continue to use the attendant console on their PC to
monitor line state until we get to CM6. Unfortunately the users in
question hate the AC.
