[cisco-voip] upgrade from 4.2 to 6.1 / license issues.

I agree with this.  I've had no problems with the DMA process on two 4 to 6
upgrades I've done.  The email with the permanent license arrives within
minutes.

However, I can't say the same for my dbreplication.  During both upgrades, I
changed the hostname and IP of the server and after the upgrade/install to
6.1 the replication is broken due to stale records in the sqlhosts file. I
have a TAC case open now for them to root in a fix it.
