[cisco-voip] Subscriber refusing to join cluster

i had this problem with 6.1.1 once when I unknowingly had a second cat5
connected to the secondary NIC. I think in my case, the second NIC was
connected to a different vlan which caused by problem. I'd double check this
in your case. Seems like this is a network issue, either NIC based or
switch based.
