[cisco-voip] SIP Trunk with FAC/CMC

I am not sure if FAC/CMC is not supported with H.323, I believe FAC/CMC is a
ccm function and should be gateway protocol independent. As these are
prompted and enabled on ccm Route patterns.
Maybe Wes or Ryan can confirm.
