You can COnnect a PRI to a PRI back to back or a BRI to BRI back to back. I Don't think you could do BRI to PRI though if you were thinking about that.
Choose an ISDN format, ie DMS-100, NI, etc and set one router to user and the other to network and it should work fine for you.
