[cisco-voip] OT: DID direct to IPCC Express Queue

I really don't see why this might be an issue. Many Call Centers have their greeting in the IVR before getting placed on the queue. DID to a Queue is always faster and avoids using a Port on your AA. The best option is to have both the DID and a redirect on the AA in case people call the main company number because they don't know the direct number.

Subject: [cisco-voip] OT: DID direct to IPCC Express Queue

I've heard that using DID's to send calls directly to an IPCC Express queue (instead of going to the normal menu greeting) is a bad idea.

Anyone know if that is really a major no-no (security, other?), or if it's just generally not recommended but not a big deal?

Thanks much!
