[cisco-voip] CFA to predefined number

This is one feature we still miss from the old centrex phones, was called
call forward variable. Once it was set the users could just hit the button
to toggle the forwarding. Not a big deal but they really liked the
convenience.
On the plus side though we don't have any service calls now for people that
forget how to re-program it.
