[cisco-voip] How to differentiate b/w hang up party in IPCC 7.0

Dear Forum,
         OPC , VRU PG and ACD PG in IPCC make a record of a call by putting
some values in CallDisposition Field. Now wat i wanna ask is : can we trace
out a call either hang up by the Caller or by the Agent. Can we
differentiate between the two?
