[cisco-voip] Maximum Length of a number

What is the maximum length of a number allowed to be dialed from CCM, is it
24. I am having issue where we need to dial 25 digit numbers. CCM version:
4.1(3) es90 Phone type and load: 7940, P00308000700, can I use a route
pattern with wildcard ! and will it pass any number of digits.
