[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 2.1 Call Routing Rules

I recently upgraded to connections 2.1, I'm having issues changing the order
of the Forwarding and Direct routing tables. I get an error, stating unable
to re-order. I've tried numerous things to no avail, including deleting and
recreating the rules. Has anyone seen this? The version is 2.1.0.9901-362.
Thoughts appreciated!
