[cisco-voip] Converting hpi capture files to playable audio ?

The output files have to run through a special program to produce .raw
format audio files. If you are ambitious enough to reverse engineer the
process i'm sure you could author your own. The current conversion
tools I am aware of are only available internal to cisco. Open a TAC
case and provide the files. they can decode the files and provide you
results.
