[cisco-voip] CDR Question

I have a situation where customer is using both a third party cdr software
and CAR in callmanager for cdr reports. I would like to understand whether
both these can work together and get CDR files from the CDR database , the
third party software uses ODBC connector to connect to the cdr database.
would the cdr reports available with both the programs .
