[cisco-voip] Non cisco switches with UC520

Can someone tell me the issues/ramifications of using non-Cisco switches
with a UC520 system. I am using Cisco phones that take standard POE, so
that wont be an issue. The Cisco switches just seem so massively
overpriced.
