[cisco-voip] UC6.1 and phone configuration page

The 7940/7941 phone only has 2 lines, so why is it there's an offering under Unassigned Associated Items for a 3rd line...4th line...etc?  If you add a line 2, it offers a line 3.  If you add a line 3, it stays below the line, but it offers a line 4.  I can't think of a logical use for this.
