[cisco-voip] SIP trunk CUCM 7

I think native SIP trunks are supported as far back as 4.x (we're  
using one on 4.1) but it all depends on the feature set and  
visibility. For example, if you're on a privately adressed VLAN you'll  
need CUBE or something similar.
