[cisco-voip] How to turn on/turn off Single Number Reach from the end user IP Phone

Hi Jordi,
to enable or disable Mobility from the IP Phone it is necessary to have 
a CUCM 7.X. Prior to Version 7 this can only be done via the CCMUser
