[cisco-voip] 7941G does not register

Hi Thomas

Thanks for helpful, i checked its OK and i reset it factory but the same problem.
On message status i found:
SEP001FCAE89D11.cnf.xml
No CTL installed
File Not found : CTLFile.tlv

please, advice on it.

Hi,
can you check if the IP Address and TFTP Server is OK on the Phone ?
If yes, please do a fact reset and try again !
