[cisco-voip] 7941G does not register

Have you run the CTL plugin to create a ctl file and set the cluster
security mode to mixed?
If you don't know what this is, or haven't run it, then this message
is completely expected and you can ignore it.

can you check if the IP Address and TFTP Server is OK on the Phone ?
If yes, please do a fact reset and try again !
