[cisco-voip] Incorrect Disconnect cause code

Hi,

How are you ?. I will be most thankful to you if you can help me regarding
this issue.
 I am having a strange issue regarding CDR details.

While calling from IP Phone to PSTN, the disconnect cause code is always
obtained as normal call clearing (16) through CUCM CDR and GW CDR , even if
the pstn user is busy, number not allocated, no answer etc.
I have gone through debug isdn q931,and from debug messages the disconnect
cause codes are correct.
Also calls between IP Phones are showing the correct disconnect cause code.
