[cisco-voip] Renaming a Partition

In the past CFA not working was what would break when you changed the  
name of a partition, until the CCM service were restarted across the  
cluster.

In your case it could have been that the change notification for  
partition name change was delayed and didn't take until after the  
phone had reset.  This is just a guess of course.  You'd have to look  
at CCM traces of the failed CFA to see if it is still referencing the  
old partition name.

partitions and have call forwarding issues - not always working -  
reset of the phone clears it. We reset all the devices when we did  
the rename at the time
