Is there any way a reception could override a CFA on a phone (for example
when the user has forwarded the phone to voicemail, but is now in the office
and forgotten to take the CFA off)? I know of the Enterprise Parameter that
allows the CFA override where UserA does a CFA to userB, and then userB
tries to call UserA, but can't see any other options.
I think this was a possbility on the old phone system. I'm happy to tell
them they can't do this, but wanted to see if anyone's managed something
like this.
Thanks in advance
Nathan
