[cisco-voip] Any way of a Receptionist overriding a CFA?

Maybe using Multi Level Admin in ccmadmin, with a user having very 
limited rights -ie changing CFA settings only- or a similarly limited 
"user role" in CCM 5+ and teach the receptionist how to do it?
