[cisco-voip] Problem with DRF copying to SFTP server

I had the same concern and we actually ended up pulling one of the hard
drives from the mirrored pair before the upgrade.  Far from ideal, but
gave me a little comfort.

Can TAC apply a fix remotely before upgrading as it seems a bit risky
to upgrade without a backup?
