[cisco-voip] Dial Peer Help

I have Phone - PBX -- Cisco2811 H323 GW --- Cisco CCM v4.2 --- IP Phone1

THe PBX places the call to 6175212001, I match the inbound pots dialpeer 
(from debug)
but the call never matches the outgoing voip dialpeer to go to the CCM and 
ring the phone on the call manager?
