[cisco-voip] Phone Firmware UCM6

Hi Jason,
You don¹t extract the cop.sgn file. You install it from the OS Admin pages
under ³Software Upgrades Install/Upgrade². The installation process
extracts and places the file in the all the appropriate places. You will
need to run the install on each TFTP server and restart the TFTP service
following the install, but that is just about it.
Does that help?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Phone Firmware UCM6
I am new to UCM6. Can someone please point me to the procedures on how to
load phone firmware files on UCM 6.1? I know how to import tftp files on to
the server but I need to know how to extract the firmwares from the cop.sgn
file. All I have found so far is a page on CCO that says to "run the
upgrade" but it does not give deatils on how to do this.
Thanks!
Jason
