[cisco-voip] Music On Hold Problem

That's a big clue. Try putting in the conf 'ip multicast-routing'
and see if this makes a difference.
You should be able to type 'show ip mroute' and see the multicast
source coming from the CCM.

IP Multicast packets will not be forwarded", thus i'd have to set up
IP multicast which I have no clue about.
