Database Error means the subscriber you are registered to thinks the
publisher's database is down (in all versions prior to 6.1.2). You
can try restarting DBL on the sub or even rebooting it.

I'm having this situation with a new site where calling them from PSTN
doesn't go to Unity and when they CFwdALL to Unity they get an Error
Database Error message on the phone. Reset or Factory reset doesn't
fix the issue. The fix this is on the administrator web page click
Forward All - Save. Uncheck Forward All - Save on their respective
DN. It seems to be a database issue, any thoughts on getting it
fixed.
Thanks,
