Subject: [cisco-voip] Malicious Call Identification

We have someone repetitively performing some weird phone to campus staff,
they display a non standard caller ID to the user, '191096'   What can I do
to track down who is doing this? I can set them up with MCID softkey but do
not know the foggiest on how to use it. Anyone have any experience with
this?
