I've looked into it but never implemented it.

You have to be using a Primary Net 5 switch.. so no good for the U.S
You need to run H323 and load an MCID TCL app on the GW

It sets a flag against the CDR record when invoked
And it also sends a signal to the switch to tell them to flag it.

If you are not sure of the integrity of the CLI then I think you
probably need to ask your carrier to start looking at it.
