[cisco-voip] Real Time Caller ID --> input into another application

I have a customer who woould like to get the caller ID / Name from the phone
and put in into his application in real time.

my solutiion was UCCx and use CAD.  They didn't like the cost.  So what are
other options?  I'm guessing CUAE but I'm not a programmer, so the dev time
is going to be higher.  CDR I thought OK, might be an option but is there a
way to only send there numbers and not other departments?
