[cisco-voip] Real Time Caller ID --> input into another application

Radianta does quite a bit of custom programming and I think is one of Cisco's few "go to" companies, i.e. they'll send you to Radianta.

They already have a solution that monitors for 911 calls, I don't think it would be that much effort to feed realtime information to another app via API.

CDR won't work, because a CDR isn't cut until the call is completed.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Real Time Caller ID --> input into another application

I have a customer who woould like to get the caller ID / Name from the phone and put in into his application in real time.

my solutiion was UCCx and use CAD. They didn't like the cost. So what are other options? I'm guessing CUAE but I'm not a programmer, so the dev time is going to be higher. CDR I thought OK, might be an option but is there a way to only send there numbers and not other departments?

Thanks

Scott
