[cisco-voip] AgentDesktop CAD: launch external application action

Hi,

I set e.g. the following for a Task button on CAD (launch external application) :

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\excel.exe" C:\Temp\activity.xls

If I push the task button it fails with this message:
The system cannot find the file specified.

Cisco documents tell me that:
" When creating a launch external application action, you must include the extension of the application you wish to launch. For example, to launch Windows Notepad, C:\Windows\Notepad.exe is correct, while
C:\Windows\Notepad is incorrect."

But that could not be the problem.  If I call that statement manually on my PC (with Run) it works, i.e. there is no syntax error.
