[cisco-voip] BLF on CUCM 6.1

I was all excited because after all the years of waiting through CCM 3.x
and 4.x, one of the features available on CUCM 6 was BLF buttons. Now it
looks like Presence has to be configured to provide this functionality?
Can someone please tell me if this is accurate? All I want to do is be
able to put a simple BLF button on a phone to show busy/idle status of a
different DN, nothing more.
