[cisco-voip] 24x7 Monitoring

RTMT can show PRI channel status etc for MGCP gateways, I don't believe it
would do the same for H.323. What'sUP might be able to work more with an
H.323 gateway via SNMP, but i'm not familiar with what MIBs are avialable
for T1 monitoring.
