[cisco-voip] 7920 IP Handset problems

Hi All,

First post so sorry if its not in quite the right format!

I was recently given a 7920 for use on a CCME 4.0 system I'm using at
home.  I've rest it to factory defaults, however I'm having problems
re-configuring it.  When entering the Network Config menu i'm missing the
"DHCP enable/disable" & "TFTP Config" sub-menus.  Unfortunately, I don't
have a copy of the configuration utility so I am unable to configure the
phone this way...  Any ideas why i'm missing these two menus?

For reference, the phone is hardware revision 2 running firmware 4.2

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
