[cisco-voip] User Facing Features in 6.1(2)?

I did a CallForwardAll on a phone to off/on to test a subscriber is
replicating, however TAC told me that 6.1(2) can use CFA when the
publisher is down and to stick with RTMT/CCM Reports/CLI to check
dbreplication.  I thought user facing features in subscribers was new to
CUCM 7.0 not 6.1?

 

I didn't find this info in the 6.1.2 release notes, did I overlook it?
What else works in 6.1.2 that didn't use to work when publisher was
down?
