[cisco-voip] User Facing Features in 6.1(2)?

I definately remember this being a feature in 6.x. Pulled from a slide on
CUCM 6:
* Increased Resiliency
Ensures users have access to key features such
as Extension Mobility, Call Forwarding, and
Message Waiting Indication even during network
outages, plus more flexibility for clustering servers
over the WAN
