Only three days? Relax, be patient, put your feet up. I had a case open for weeks before it was resolved. It all depends on the engineer you get. I had a few who wouldn't sleep until they helped you, called you, etc. Others, geez, I got one now who is simply re-sending his original message to me via cut and paste over and over again, regardless of what I reply to him.

I have UCSS and am planning an IVR upgrade from 4 to 7. I have been trying for 3 days to get correct license files. I originally got a 7.0 upgrade license from my pak key via the license site, that in combo with my older license files did not work. I opened a tac case asking what’s up and was informed that the Licensing team would need to merge my license files and generate a new one since the it was a new install essentially. TAC guy transferred case to Licensing. The licensing guy asked for my pak and I sent him that and my UCSS contract and he just resends me my upgrade license file…. I emailed back and told him that wouldn’t work and still don’t have a response coming up on 2.5 days… Is there any way to get these people on the phone???? Or is maybe there a special team for this?? 



I’m pulling my hair out ATM….
