[cisco-voip] IPCCX 5.0(2) Premium - Supervisor Access to Change Assigned Skills/Competence Level

I need a way to allow my call center supervisors to change the skills
and competence levels for resources (Subsystems->RmCm->Resources)
without giving them access to all of AppAdmin. Anyone else come across
this request? Solutions/Suggestions?
