[cisco-voip] IPCCX 5.0(2) Premium - Supervisor Access to ChangeAssigned Skills/Competence Level

if I start appadmin (5.0(1) premium) as supervisor, I only get the Tools menu with 
 - Plug-ins and 
 - Real time reporting, 

nothing else (besides Help and Logout).

How could you (re-)assign skills?
