I believe they need to login to appadmin with their supervisor login.
>From there the can re-skill agents they supervise.

In 5.x appsupervisor pages are rolled up into appadmin, however,
supervisors only have limited access in comparison to admin logins.

I need a way to allow my call center supervisors to change the skills
and competence levels for resources (Subsystems->RmCm->Resources)
without giving them access to all of AppAdmin. Anyone else come across
this request? Solutions/Suggestions?

Thanks,
