To add a little clarity around Jason¹s response,

You have always been running on Demo licenses (in 6.X), just in 6.1.3, we
added more visual warnings/errors to let people know about a suspect
licensing state rather than finding out via a TAC case. It appears to have
worked!

If this is a production system you should upload licenses. If you purchased
all of the equipment and software through normal methods you should have a
PAK that you can upload to the Cisco site. Once you enter the PAK you should
get licenses in the email.
