[cisco-voip] UCCX calls abort

we r using Unified CCX Premium 5.1 and Call Manger 6 we r facing a problem
our some calls are aborted due to following Reason according to historical
reports
com.cisco.app.ApplicationTaskInactiveException any help will be highly
apreciated.
