[cisco-voip] two incoming dial peers

So I have one incoming dial peer what I'm blocking 15 Calling numbers(not
enough thus the second TCL script) and using the Cname Tcl Script to get
Calling name to our IP phones:

dial-peer voice 1 pots
 call-block translation-profile incoming block
 preference 1
 service cname
 answer-address ....
 destination-pattern 9911
 direct-inward-dial
 port 3/1:23
 forward-digits 3

If I was not worried about Cname on our main number could I add a second
dial peer like this:

dial-peer voice 7 pots
 preference 1
 service Block
 answer-address 5330
 direct-inward-dial
 port 3/1:23
So I could use the other Call blocking TCL script? and it would only apply
to the number 5330, right?

Thanks

Scott
