[cisco-voip] Cisco CRS historical reporting database connection error

1)      Check the CSA (Cisco Security Agent) log, it might block access to
SQL

2)      Check if AUTH=1 in the hrcConfig.ini (Windows SQL Authentication)
on the PC 

3)      Check the log files

Dear,

I am administering a production system of IPCC 5.0(2). I have installed
CRS historical reporting client from the tools menu of the CRS appadmin
page.
I was able to run various reports using the client. But as of today I
couldn't connect to the server through the CRS historical reporting
client. It will ask me for user name and password and it will report an
error which I attached the screen shot of . All other services are working
fine on the CRS server. How can I solve this problem?
