[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 DCOM error...

Latest permissions wizard fixed it...
You know, I was wondering if it was this wacky version of Windows 2003
(Appliance Edition?!?) but the DCOM errors are gone and Unity starts
fine (even with CSA enabled)
